Group was too big and the tour guideā€™s mic was not loud enough.. couldnā€™t hear anything. We bailed at the second stop.

We keep our tour groups to 35-40 people while other companies go 50 or more. This makes it easier to get to the locations and gives ample time for people to catch the group before the guide starts talking. All of our guides use microphones so they are very loud. The crowds start coming to Salem in mid September. A weekend in October can be witness to 100,000 people a day and you need to prepare for that

We keep our groups to 35-40 so that everyone has a better tour. There are companies in town that go to 50 people per tour. Salem is a crowded town normally we can see over 100,000 visitors a day. We do our best to navigate crowds so everyone can enjoy the city.
