I couldn't find the starting point, even after asking vendors in the area. I received the email with the directions 30 minutes after the start.

We send every guest an email with our meeting point well in advance. You booked at 2:09 pm and you got the booking confirm at 2:10 pm. Viator confirmed this. You had 110 minutes to locate us. We get hundreds of visitors every month that have no trouble finding our office. We have a phone number you could've called instead of asking other tour companies who may have no clue where our meeting point is. When you couldn't find the meeting spot and missed your tour, we graciously refunded your ticket.

This tour was incredibly disappointing. Our tour guide was very monotoned, and out of touch with his tour group. He walked very quickly and began speaking before half of the group even caught up to him. He also continued speaking even when loud traffic kept us from hearing what he was saying. The tour was not at all funā€”-no interesting stories, no jokesā€”ā€”nothing entertaining. We were glad when the tour was finally finished. We read some great reviews about this tour, but that was definitely not the case for us. Againā€”ā€”very disappointed in this tour. Totally not worth the money.

We're sorry to hear you didn't have the best time with us. Our witchcraft walk constantly gets great reviews and stands out above all the other tours in the city. We generally do not make jokes on the witchcraft walk since 20 people lost their lives and five more died in jail. It's not a standup comedy routine, but we do provide great information about the trials and tell you stories about what they said about each other. It is entertaining in a way because the accusations they made are ridiculous by today's standards.
