Purchased this tour specifically because it was supposed to hit all, if not most of the historical landmarks, the memorial, and specifically the corwin "witch house". Didn't get to see anything except a statue. Later we tried to get in to see the Corwin house but tickets were sold out on the only day we were there....very disappointing!!!

It Is Stated In Multiple Places We Do Not Under Any Circumstances Enter Anywhere On Our Walking Tours. Had you bothered to read before booking you may have realized that. As for the Witch House being sold out, Has nothing to do with our company. We have no affiliation to sell, reserve or anything of that nature with the Witch House. The trials were 330 years ago and the buildings are gone. The Witch House is the home of Judge Corwin. It's called the witch house because of his ties to the witch trials. We know the site of the executions, but nobody knows what tree was used to hang the witches. Nobody knows if the tree still exists. And the debate rages as to whether they used a tree for the first hanging and then built a gallows. We know the locations of many of the events. Every tour in Salem has the same issue, but at least our tour shows pictures we've found from old books of people's homes and locations where events happened that are too far to walk. We walk about a mile because many locations were centered in the downtown area. We work extremely hard to make this history come to life. Please don't book with us ever again.

Very informative, my only 2 " gripes" 1,being handicapped the walk was quicker than I felt comfortable, ( but not faster than I was able to keep up with) 2,we didn't go into any buildings,it was almost why walk so much if we weren't going in anywhere

Hello and Thank you for the great review Gary. We wish we could go inside the places as well. Almost every historic building in Salem is privately owned by either historical society's or have been converted into business/homes for people. Which is why we walk all round in total about a mile to 1 mile and 1/2. We hit various sites around the city that have supernatural occurrences.
