Iā€™ve enjoyed walking tours across the US over the past 20+ years, this was by far the worst. The guide had to be asked to slow down for some of the group and didnā€™t check to make sure he had everyone. The information he shared was from ā€œgoogleā€ or ā€œWikipediaā€ and he ad libbed a lot and added in current connotations that didnā€™t make sense. I was looking forward to learning more of the stories of the accused witches and instead it was a choppy story that roamed with limited info. Iā€™m happy I did a night time ghost tour the night before with a different company so I actually learned some of the witch trial history.

It's too bad you feel that way because we consistently get five star reviews. Our information comes from books by noted experts on the witchcraft trials that include Marilynne Roach, Emerson Baker and Mary Beth Norton. Our tour goes to locations where people lived and where structures were located related to the witch trials. We tell you how iot started, ended and stories in between.

Very interesting. The history of the witch trials of 1692 was a fascinating time only to repeat itself in American history through politics.

Our tour guide was obviously very knowledgeable and also cared a lot about the history of Salem and how it translates to today's events. She was very kind and always asked if we had questions, where people were from, if everyone was keeping up etc.
