Our guide’s microphone broke after our first stop. We were in a huge group. Couldn’t hear a word she said. Super annoying since we paid for the extended tour. What a waste of money.

we bought tickets day of for the 9pm tour and were not sent any directions on how to get to the tour until the next morning. Wasted money buying 3 adult tickets for nothing.

Simone was awesome! Easy to hear, she had great person stories, as well as local stories to add. She was able to answer all my questions as well as everyone’s. She kept a steady pace that was easy to keep up with. Friendly, enjoyable, knowledgeable, all around very personable. She dressed the party for Salem which made the experience more fun. Highly recommend request Simone!!
