Was easily the worst tour there everyone else had speakers and we’re actually good at telling the story, would suggest any other one but this one bailed out half way through

We attempted to reach our tour guide because we were running late because of traffic from thrme drive from Maryland and we were unable to resch by phone, text, email, or website. We were very disappointed in the lack of service and we ended yp arriving at 715 for our 7 oclock tour and was not able to participate. We paid for 5 tickets and vh expected some sort of response back. Such a bad and stressful experience
