Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

We’d definitely recommend going with another provider if you want to ensure pickup. We were advised by email to meet at our hotel at 9.50am for pickup. After messaging them to advise that we would wait outside the foyer we waited until 10.20am leaving several more messages and attempting to call yet no one arrived. No response was received either. It was only after reaching them by phone at 10.30am that we were advised that they had driven by the street front, attempted to call (we had no missed calls) and drove away. We were talked over when we attempted to provide where we waited and we were told to ring trip advisor if we wanted a refund (TripAdvisor were very good in this regard and we received a refund 2 days later.) Looking at the reviews, it seems we aren’t alone in our experience. Do what we ended up doing, catch an Uber and get an audio tour head set at the memorial instead.

What a moving experience. Beyond the basic facts we all learn in school, I didn’t know much about the attack on Pearl Harbor. The tour was very interesting. Our tour guide, RJ, showed up at the appointed hour. During the drive, he shared a number of stories about Hawaii and about Pearl Harbor. He even pointed out Bruno Mars high school and Barack Obama’s first place of employment. Baskin-Robbins in case you’re curious! The day was easy. He would bring us to the various sites and give us plenty of time to walk around either with him or on our own. And we never felt rushed. All in all… A wonderful day!

This was a great experience. Pearl Harbor was amazing and so surreal. Highly recommend this to anyone going to Honolulu. When being picked up at the Hale Koa Hotel, more details on where the pick up site would be greatly appreciated. There was no information that the bus would be picking us up at the bus station and not the hotel driveway. Thank you!
