Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

You don’t need this tour! They don’t have tickets to the Arizona and they simply shuffle you off to the audio tour kiosk once you arrive! Avoid this extra cost, take a cab or Uber to the visitor center and book AZ tickets early on the US Park website .

You are right. You can find a ride to Pearl Harbor and try to get tickets on the park's website. Reservations for the USS Arizona are only a dollar. However, you would miss out on so much. Our drivers are historian storytellers who share unique stories of the Pearl Harbor attack and Hawaiian history and culture. I feel like I should also share that the tour companies must utilize the same website to secure tickets. Unfortunately, there is a shortage, and tickets are snapped up in seconds. We at E Noa do our best to secure what we can for our guests, but at this time, there is not enough to go around. We are so sorry this was your experience. We hope the ticket shortage is resolved soon.

Would like a refund! 1. Had to get picked up at a different hotel. 2. Upon drivers arrival/ he mentioned that there was 2/3 hr wait on top of our reservation. Also that we are not promised to get on due to a incident that occurred. SMH 🤦🏼‍♂️ just give all members that traveled there refund! So they could experience a different attraction!

We would love to pick up our guests at their individual hotels but unfortunately, we are not allowed to do so. We do our best to make sure our guests are provided with the closest possible pick up spots to their location. The incident you mentioned is likely the dock damage at Pearl Harbor. It is creating longer wait times as the number of boats to the USS Arizona has been reduced to one as to not stress the docks and damage it more. This is completely out of our control. We at E Noa know there is so much to experience at Pearl Harbor so we continue to offer the tours. We are so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your tour but we do hope you were still able to experience the importance of such a solemn place and give it the respect it deserves. Unfortunately, the Pearl Harbor tour was not open due to a major water main problem. We were very disappointed..I believe Trip Advisor could have notified earlier … not 4 days later..we did ask for a refund..that was not as easy as you would think.. more to come.

The water main burst was a surprise for us all. We did not expect it to happen but our tour drivers have been doing their best to still show their guests the best of what they can.
