Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

DON'T BOOK THIS TOUR! It is basically a bus ride to and from Pearl Harbor. We paid over $100.00 with no timed tickets to see the Arizona. Pearl Harbor is a National Park and free to get in. The website is misleading and here is their ITINERARY, Pick-up and return from Waikiki to Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. USS Arizona Memorial Aloha Tower Return to Waikiki The bus driver was very nice and informative to and from Pearl Harbor, but when we got there, we found out it is "free" to enter the park. Even though seeing the Arizona is free, you still need a timed ticket to enter or you are on stand by, which we were. We waited 2.5 hours to get on the boat to see the Arizona and by the time we got back, we had 15 minutes left of a 4 hour tour and had no time to anything else. This tour company should had reserved timed tickets for everyone. We basically paid $105.00 for a bus ride! This was a once in a lifetime experience for us and we got screwed with this company. Just take a cab and go on line and get your tickets yourself. Don't waist your time and money on a bus ride.

Dear r0selup, Under normal operations at Pearl Harbor, a certified tour partner like ourselves do pre-reserve the ticket and boat times for the USS Arizona Memorial, however, due to damage on the dock the boat operations was suspended for safety reasons. A temporary fix to the dock currently allows for a very limited operation and we hope that even though it was an inconvenience for you to stand in line, you were able to experience and pay your respects to our heroes at Pearl Harbor. We hope that operations returns to normal someday soon, visitors like yourselves making donations to the Pearl Harbor Visitor's Center Memorial make this possible. We do not charge people to enter Pearl Harbor, it is a national park and memorial. We provide tours with trained drivers that give you the most current and accurate information while having a fun day. If all you needed was a ride, then yes, taxi would be better. We have many repeat visitors and people do E Noa Tours on every visit to Oahu because they trust us to make the day go smoothly. We adjust every single day to make sure our guests have the best experience under any circumstance. Next time you're town give us another shot, we'll make it up to you! -Lawrence Kim
