Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

What a sham tour this was. We had to walk for a mile and a half to catch the shuttle to Pearl Harbor. It took 1 1/2 hours to get there as we stopped at all the hotels to pick up more passengers. We were told no one on this tour had reservations as Pearl Harbor no longer off them. This was a lie. When we finally got to Pearl Harbor we were told we could take any of the busses from this company back to the ship. The line for people with no reservations was 1 1/2 to 2 hours wait. We finished Pearl Harbor without going to the Arizona. We went to catch a bus back to port and the bus driver told us we had to take the original bus back. That bus wasn’t supposed to arrive for 2 more hours. We ended up taking an Uber back. The tour companies lied and mislead us every step of the way

We were told when we booked are tour 5 months in advance that we would have tickets to the memorial. We did not receive tickets from are tour and were told to go stand in the will call line for 3 hours. So basically we received a ride to and from Pearl harbor for are $50.00 per person. To add to are frustrating day the trolley was 20 minutes late for the pickup.

Drivers were amazing. That part of this was great, so negative feedback is not towards them. Paid $135 basically for the drive down there. Save yourself money and take a Lyft. We could only stand in the stand by line for the boat ride out, everything else was an extra cost. After laying $135 for the package, I didn’t want to pay additional money for the extras. Very disappointed to have spent a good chunk of money for very little.
