Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

Our driver RJ was amazing! He shared so many stories that were so memorable and informative! He shared stories about the area, locals who were involved in Pearl Harbor and their significance in the war, and he taught us some about his culture!

Unfortunately, due to problems with the shuttle boats to the Arizona, we were not given tickets to the memorial and had to wait in the standby line. However, the tour company did everything to accommodate us, including informing us of the situation the day before and offering a full refund. We chose to wait and although the line was long, we took turns visiting some of the other things at the site. Pearl Harbor itself is full of wonderful exhibits and the Arizona is quite moving. They do a good job of impressing upon guests the solemn nature of the site. Our guide, RJ, deserves a shout out. We missed our return bus (due to shuttle delays) and he called us and we were able to get a later bus easily. RJ was funny and informed and told interesting stories throughout the trip. Highly recommend this experience!

When I made the reservation, I was assured that tickets to the Arizonia Memorial were included. I received an e-mail the day before that tickets were not available dure to cutbacks on service. Stand by line was very long and not sure we would make our return bus. Very Disappointed. The Driver Guide was very good and accommodating and would definitely ride with him again.
