Juice was our tour guide and was wonderful. The problem is that Pearl Harbor does not allow tour guides. Juice gave us great information on the trip out there and on the way back but was not allowed to go in with us although he did take us to the entrance and briefed us on how to get on the USS Arizona and which museums to visit. The other problem is that the tour usually secures Arizona tickets but was not able to on our tour because of dock damage and govt limitations to tickets released. Again, not their fault. As a result, we had to wait in a standby line for 45 minutes in order to get tickets to the Arizona. Most of our tour group decided not to wait in the standby line and did not get to go out to the Arizona. Fortunately, we did and it was wonderful. Had I known before, I would have taken my own transportation out there and done the tour myself without being constrained to the 3 hour window. I also did not realize that tickets to the Arizona were free and did not cost our tour company anything. This made the trip a $50 per person round trip transportation to and from Pearl Harbor.
