Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

I find very misleading when your website states that the public cannot park there. I also fail to see why the price is so expensive when the park is free and to reserve a spot to see the AZ memorial only costs a dollar. I feel lied to and cheated. Finally, our bus driver waited an additional 15+ minutes for some people in our group which made us late to get our rental car. Everyone was told there was a bus after ours that people could take it they are running late. But the late people tipped the bus driver very well so obviously being disrespectful to the other entire bus passengers was fine with her.

Our paperwork said the bus would pick us up at 7:30am. At 7:25, we received a call and told the person we would be there in 4 minutes. At 7:30, we were on the bus. We thought it was strange to receive a call but thought not much more about it. Humu gave a very nice ride on the bus to Pearl Harbor with good information, we had a good tour of Pearl Harbor, and Humu gave a nice ride on the bus back to our hotel until the very end. We didn't realize the first stop was our bus stop as only the area of town was mentioned. It would be nice to add the big hotels to the mention of the stop. We then did a wrong thing - we moved when the bus was moving. He was mad about that. But, I am very frustrated that my husband was publicly shamed over the microphone by Humu for being late and moving while driving. If we should have been there before 7:30am, please have them add that to the paperwork. I also recommend adding the big hotels to the names of the bus stops. Besides this, it was great! I can't get over the public shaming though - that hasn't happened to me in decades.

My family and I absolutely loved our tour with Humu! Charismatic and interesting tour guide, gorgeous sights, and information that truly evokes the emotion surrounding Pearl Harbor. We honestly can't recommend this tour enough. Thank you again, Humu!
