Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

Did not get to go on the Arizona the stand by line you give to customers is bs the line is to long of a wait so you can not see anything else

We didn’t get the USS Arizona reservations and had to stand in line for almost 2 hrs to get on the ferry. We found out later that there are always 60 tickets left for the last day's release at 3:00 pm one day before the scheduled time. We could have a good chance to grab our tickets if we know it and saved our 2 hrs to relax and walk around. Make reservations yourself on the official website, don’t wait till the tour The tour organizer tells you that they can’t make reservations when you get on the tour bus.

Kama was a wonderful driver and host. He sang songs for us and gave us a nice little tour. However, our criticism mainly concerns the logistics of getting us to Pearl Harbor (more to do with the company): it seemed a bit disorganized (we were a bit confused as to where to go for our pickup and what shuttle to look for given that there were tons of other shuttles and buses coming and going) and took way too long to get there. You can just as easily drive there yourself and save yourself a ton of time.
