Dress code is smart casual. Shirt and shoes required on USS Arizona Memorial. No swimsuits. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
Bags or articles that allow concealment are prohibited in the park. Nearby storage lockers are available for $6.00.
On rare occasions the Navy suspends boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial. In such cases, you can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, film, the visitor's center and park monuments.
Due to the current capacity limitations at Pearl Harbor skip the line access may be impacted, we will communicate with you directly post booking with updates and critical information related to your chosen travel date.

What To Expect

USS Arizona Memorial

**Admission cannot be guaranteed Pearl Harbor is currently operating their boat shuttles in a modified and limited capacity due to dock damages. Under normal circumstances we do secure the tickets and reservation times for all of our tours, however, with the current situation we try our best to secure what we can daily. Our guides do make sure that all guests get to experience the USS Arizona, but on some days we have to use the standby line to make that happen.

Did not attend because they’d said our tickets weren’t guaranteed so I basically purchased tickets then wasn’t allowed to enter I’m ver disappointed

Jennifer, we are so sorry to hear this. Even with tickets not being guaranteed, we still encourage guests to go on their tours. There is so much to see and experience at Pearl Harbor! Even without the ferry ride to the memorial and back, you can still see it and learn about the attacks on Pearl Harbor and learn stories of the people involved. We hope you reconsider and choose to visit Pearl Harbor some day soon.

Our tour guide / driver Oli made this tour for us. He provide the most interesting city and historical insights both en route to and from Pearl Harbour. Pickup was on time and the entire tour went to schedule with very clear tips and instructions. Plenty of time (c. 2 hours) was given at the venue to view all the exhibits beforehand. The only quibble I would have is not with E Noa but with the Parks Service - the charge to visit the Bowfin submarine on site was an unexpected and costly addition but value in Hawaii is difficult to find!

We also understand your quibble, costs can be quite high in Hawaii, but we are sure you found the Bowfin to be an interesting activity to experience as it is a, sometimes overlooked, treasure at Pearl Harbor.

Didn't get to see memorial. Stood in line for 3 hours. Bus ride was highlight. Got ripped off. Payed for memorial

It is so disheartening to hear some of our guests are suffering long wait times at the standby line. We at E Noa wish there were more we can do to ensure all of our guests are able to make it on board the USS Arizona but we are at the mercy of the US Navy and their current regulations.
