My husband and I spent the morning on a private (due to Covid I suspect) 4 hour tour of the San Andreas Fault with a fantastic guide, Ms. Isabel and her partner -in-training, Colin. Isabel was a virtual font of knowledge about the surrounding mountains, San Andreas Fault, agriculture of the area and geology of the Fault/mountains. If we had done this ourselves, it would have been a pretty drive, but doing it with Big Wheel and Isabel turned it into an adventure that included 4-wheel off-road treks, hiking into the Fault for some spectacular views, and a mini-seminar on the geology of the San Andreas Fault. I highly recommend this tour for groups of all ages!!
