Great experience! For a good deal of getting to go to 4 attractions it was great, and it was very easy and fast, we didn’t need to wait long in lines to buy tickets all we had to do was get in line to get our city pass tickets scanned and we were in pretty quickly!

One small change can be made to make this a superb, 5 star experience. When I booked through Trip Advisor, Trip Advisor sent tickets that were not by themselves any good for any of the attractions. Nothing on that email said that I had to redeem those vouchers for the actual City Passes on the City Pass website. I didn’t figure that out until I presented the TripAdvisor tickets to the first venue and was turned away. The manager at the venue explained what to do. Instructions for this should be made very clear up front. The manager said he sees that happen all the time.

We're sorry for any confusion. When booking through Viator, you should have also received an email from CityPASS that contains your ticket barcode. This email also contains a link to our app, which is where you can make and manage reservations and get lots of info about each attraction. We're sorry if this email did not come through for some reason; perhaps it landed in a spam filter or was similarly diverted. We apologize for the inconvenience.
