It was very fast paced. The guide talked about the history at different places, but his voice was quiet and hard to hear. Not as good as other ghost tours that I have been on.

Seamus was great! Would definitely recommend this tour!! He was very friendly and made the tour fun and engaging. He even has his own personal ghost experience to tell about at one of the stops.
