Mae was an outstanding tour guide, you can tell she has a true passion for the history of San Antonio and the ghost who haunt it. Fun Friday night adventure to end the night with. Great opportunity to learn the layout of downtown and take notes of places to come back to. Recommend worth the time, family friendly lots of kids on the tour. Would request Mae again!

This tour is a ripoff. We were there at least 30 minutes before the tour was due to start and got a voice mail saying it was cancelled. We had paid to park, walked through light rain and waited outside the hotel. They cancelled due to severe weather!!!! Slight rain is NOT severe weather. Argued with the tour operator about how to get a refund. They said they would not, and I guess intended to keep my money due to slight rain. Contacted my bank and refused credit card payment. Hope that impacts their credit rating. Still out of pocket for parking which I guess I will never get back. Not a good weekend in San Antonio. Don’t bother coming here. It’s either closed, about to close or not open. Go to another destination for a vacation. Locals complain that the virus has impacted their business but they are in no hurry to try and rebuild it.

Hi John, We cancelled the tour due to tornado warnings and flooding in the downtown area. We will not conduct tours when the safety of our tour guides and guest could be at risk. This is not a decision we make lightly as we know how disappointed guests can get when a tour is cancelled. Also you were refunded within an hour of the cancelled tour. This was a wonderful experience and I loved the history and all the stories i was told. Our tour guide was so awesome. Mae was our tour guide, I think thats her name) but she was so informative and very nice. I had a wonderful time and would recommend this to anyone who asked.
