This was a good time. While our guide was good, I think some of the guides were more entertaining. We still had several good stories. This is good if you want to hear historical stories of the paranormal. You won't be playing with any equipment. Wear good walking shoes. We probably walked a couple miles.

I visited San Antonio this last weekend with a group of friends and we decided that a ghost tour would be something awesome to do. We chose the Sisters Grimm haunted history tour because it was close to our hotel and sounded like it would be very fun and interesting. Well, it was neither fun nor interesting. The ghost stories werenā€™t anything special - just very run of the mill stories of the variety youā€™ve probably heard over and over again. The history that was interwoven with the stories was also uninspired - very lackluster and nothing unusual or extraordinary about any of it. The guide showed some supposed ghost photos that were allegedly taken by people at the sites we visited. Those photos were laughably bad - one can immediately tell upon viewing the photos what the cause of the apparent apparition was - a smudge on the camera lens, a dust mote in the air, light sources from multiple angles causing double shadows or, in one case, the actual shadow of the photographer being passed off as a possible ghost (I laughed out loud when I was shown that one - I couldnā€™t help myself - it was that bad). I went on the tour ready to be spooked. Instead, I was extremely disappointed almost from the outset. My time and money would have been better spent on almost anything else.
