Countess Kate, our guide, was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable, great presentation skills. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars had less to do with our tour than another tour, led by someone named Sean, who walked up when we were almost done with our tour. When his group arrived, Kate was very courteous and careful to not interfere with his tour, walking our group around a corner and asking everyone to move a little closer so she didn't have to speak as loud. Sean, however, decided he would speak as loudly as possible, making it difficult for our group to hear what Kate was telling us. When we moved to the next stop, Sean was not far behind us, and proceeded to get even louder. It almost appeared to me malicious!

We had a great time on this walking tour. Suz was our guide and she was fantastic! She was fun, informative and super friendly. She had a wonderful way of sharing all of the stories, without it being scary. She was happy to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond with our group! Would highly recommend!
