The tour was very informative and fun, our guide had a lot of knowledge and keep things interesting. Overall a great tour. The only caveat is that the tour had way too many persons on the group (we counted a least 25+) Even wt a sound speaker it was difficult to feel engaged since there was so many of us it was difficult to get close and listen to and watch pictures on an iPad, let alone trying to cross street and waiting for the whole group to regroup safely. Each tour should be no more than 15 persons for an engaging/safe experience.

Lady Lex was AMAZING! She was very informative as well as hilarious, gave us a bunch of laughs going along with keeping it spooky.āœØ loved her spooky vibe overall! I recommend taking this tour, you learn so much about San Antonio and itā€™s history! Maybe even take it the first night in town to help with ideas of what to visit or where to stay the following days of your vacation! Loved this!

Woke up this morning to 34Ā° here in San Antonio. Yesterday I booked a walking tour with sisters Grimm the the next day I called to cancel due to the fact we have a family member 85 years old in a wheelchair that weighs 125 pounds and wears a coat all the time. I explain this to the lady that I was talking to on the phone. I explained that thereā€™s no way he could possibly take the tour when the temperature was supposed to be 34Ā° at 8 oā€™clock. I called to cancel my reservation she told me We had to let her know 48 hours in advance. So needless to say I just lost $80 and I think itā€™s a bit unfair considering the weather to not refund our money.
