Some walking involved. It does get hot. Need to drink water. Missions were very interesting and our guide was very knowledgeable!

Fun spot for a family trip. Wear your walking shoes, wander the canal, and definitely check out Pearl district. Lots of artisans and great food.

Alex was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable of the history of each of the missions. He brought an iPad with photos of some of the structures before reconstruction and explains how they were built, who built them and which payments were original. Most enjoyable and highly recommended.
