We saved the boat cruise for the nighttime to get the most out of the Christmas lights. We did this experience on the last day. While the boat cruise seems short it was a little over a half hour. The bus is helpful if you want to visit areas of San Antonio like the Pearl or the King Williams area.

This was a great way to enjoy San Antonio without the hassle of driving and parking. We did the full loop and then picked the stops to go back to. Bianca in the office was very helpful and we followed her recommendation to do the boat cruise in the evening so as to enjoy the holiday lights. Our hop on/off guide was informative and entertaining. A great option, particularly if you have limited time.

This go round on the Bus Tours is absolutely Terrible, I mean Really Terrible. We planned a Girls Trip (4 of us) & since we rode before in August (we had an Awesome Experience then) we thought we'd try it again. Big Mistake, the Wheelchair accessible Bus (my Mom was on a Riding Scooter) did not pick us up on the time stated it was coming to the Hotel, we had to Walk to the Main location where the Buses are. Then we were told that it was departing in 6 minutes (so I had to rush to get tickets printed) once we were on we stopped at the Market Square & informed that the Bus comes back in an hour and 15 minutes (they were already running late) so after 2 1/2 hours we go back to wait on the Bus (they came 30 minutes later than scheduled time) once back on we go to finish Bus Tour (just to stop at the Main location, Again) and told that the Bus will leave in 30 minutes, it's 4pm & now going to either be dropped off at our Hotel location or keep going & walk back from Bus Station. I am so disappointed in this Trip. Also it would have been nice to know that when you buy online boat tickets, you have to get tickets printed first before you try to get on, we had to wait until the next day to ride, since the main office was closed.
