Drive one of our Land Cruisers vehicles on an off road trail in the Otay Wilderness area that borders Mexico and take in the views of San Diego and Tijuana from a unique perspective.

We have three different trail options, ranging from beginner, intermediate to advanced, which are sure to give you the best outdoor experience while visiting San Diego.

We offer a four-wheeling experience like no other in San Diego. We are popular with experienced off-roaders and first-timers alike! Bring your rookie husbands, nervous wives, grandpas and girlfriends on a high-adventure, safe ride in a private vehicle with just your party.

While under the instruction of our experienced guides, you will join us on some of the best trails in San Diego and beyond. We will navigate high, steep climbs and heart-pounding descents, while taking in some of the most beautiful country around, all with the feeling of confidence and safety.

What To Expect

Otay Mountain Wilderness Area

From this rolling, rumpled peak encompassed in federal wilderness, you will enjoy some of the best bi-national views peering as far as 115 miles north into the United States and nearly as far into Mexico. Few places in the U.S. can you attain such a complete view of Tijuana.

We wanted to do something fun and off the beaten path, and this experience was just that. What a terrific time we had. We road through the mountains with fun terrain and breathtaking views. Angelo, the tour guide and company owner, was wonderful in every aspect (professional, informative, patient, funny, etc). He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time all throughout the tour. We chose the intermediate tour, and having no off-roading experience, we did just fine. We had a tremendous amount of fun. The SD Zoo and Belmont Park are fine (we did those, as well), but this tour was the real highlight of our vacation. We highly recommend it.

Great day going up and down the mountains by the Tijuana border. Angelo was a great host and guide, we drove slightly modified Land Cruiser 100 series. The vehicle was well-maintained and was a blast driving offroad. The cabin was cool and comfortable, and got a thumbs up from my wife too. Highly recommended!

Such a fun and safe adventure! Angelo, the owner, is a great guide and has awesome Landcruisers that are purpose built for these trips! Angelo was able to tailor the route to our skill level and what we wanted to do and see! Highly recommend this for families and anyone who wants to see a different side of San Diego and Southern California!
