Lots of info we stay below cuz cold winds it was hard to hear the announcer cuz of noisy talking people

My wife and I did the Christmas afternoon dinner excursion. All was good when we boarded and was seated at a two top right by a window. This is going to be good. We took some pictures by the tree/stairway and the staff was helpful. Went back to our table, then our server arrived, Brandon. It was all down hill from this point. The service was horrible. I had get up twice to refill our water after asking three times. I also got up to get coffee. You get the picture. Not much else to say about him. There was no real Christmas music that played on a regular basis. It was very sterile at some points. The food was average. The surf and turf that we had was really turf with a spoonful of crab meat on top of the filet. Over all this was a disappointment and we could have experienced a much better dinner landside at half the price and with excellent service {and still be on/by the water}

The views and commentary were amazing. I learned so much about the San Diego harbor. I took so many awesome pictures too! It didn’t even feel like we were gone for an hour. It flew by!!
