We had a lovely day out in the bay thanks to the cruise! The boat is spacious, load in/out is organized, there is a decent bar (that will make a very strong drink) and the facilities were clean. I would say the two biggest cons are 1) the tour guide. He seemed rude, wasn't really engaging, and his whole "sailor" gimmick gets tiresome after hearing it and 2) they do not detail that you have two separate 1-hr boat rides, so you're not really 2 hrs out in water including load in/out. neither one of these things were a big deal personally, since the ride itself was still very enjoyable and fun!

Riding a boat on the sea waters was awesome, first time for my family. The info the guide was giving was spectacular. The city view and navy ships was awesome.
