On your site it said that social distancing would be in place. When I arrived there was no social distancing and the ship was filled to capacity and sold out. There was signage at the sales desk stating that social distancing was in place with mask wearing policies. I went to the sales desk to ask for a refund they said I had to get it from Viator and she would send an email indicating that the ship was full to capacity and that we didn’t board. I have pictures taken from the land showing the shoulder to shoulder spacing on all decks. I am requesting a full refund due to what was stated on your website was not updated.

First time being on a boat cruise. A good way to spend your weekend going around the San Diego Bay. Will definitely consider going again in the future.
