They load you up in there like ants.. No message about safety or what to do if things go wrong.. If you are lucky to get a seat then you sit if not.. So be it. We were in the middle of the line so we were stuck in chairs in the middle of the second deck. Cannot see anything… speakers were only working for the upper deck so we could not hear what the guide was saying. Very disappointing and amateur business…

Great information about the harbor and accurate historic account about the ships. It wasn't over crowded and there were many places to sit. Thank you
