I always enjoy the 2-hour north and south harbor cruise! It's nice to get on the top deck and have the sun on your face and ocean breeze in your hair! The middle deck is also nice with the large windows to see the sites through. Our guide, as always, was very knowledgable and spoke with a good cadence so it was easy for me to hear what he was saying. This harbor cruise is always enjoyable, and that's why I keep coming back!

The scenery and the commentator. No seats available. People were running over each other to grab a seat . It was very disorganized. I usually board this every 8 years or so. This was a true decline in service. Unbelievable.

Beverage service should be offered while boarding and departures. Commentary was good though a few times behind what we were seeing.
