We missed our first cruise and the ticket attendant was nice enough to accommodate us on the next and only remaining cruise! Premises were clean and space plentiful. The narrator was VERY dry and could not be heard unless you went to the freezing top deck.

Narration was very good. If you take the 2-hour tour, it covers all relevant areas of the harbor. I was in the Navy here, so I know what I'm talking about.

It was clean and on time, but I will never go again. The tour guide unfortunately used an annoying fake accent and just was not informative, except about the drinks served at restaurants we passed, which is not why I paid $100 for a couple of tickets, Then we took 10 minute break to take a pictures of the skyline and the Coronado Bridge . What was on the skyline? Who was Coronado? He didn't tell us. It seemed the tour guide was on autopilot on a poorly written script, took long breaks where he wasn't talking. I wanted to learn some history about San Diego, the San Diego Bay... Maybe even mention Cabrillo. Dunno. Once he blathered on and on about an M on the horizon for McDonalds... which wasn't there.... it was a not funny joke. The tour could have been a lot better.
