The tour was very good. Ours was the 2-hour tour, which really is two one-hour tours. They took us out and did the north tour first, under the Bay Bridge and lots of information about the history of Coronado on the way out, then on the way back it was all about the naval ships docked there, also interesting.
We stopped back at dock to swap out passengers and then went out for the south tour, which talked about Point Loma the history of San Diego. We passed by a group of sea lions, then turned around and learned about the naval air station and its history on the way back.
The hands onboard will walk around and offer to take pictures of you and your family with your phones, which is nice. Pro tip: Sit on the right/starboard side because thatās where all the narration is directed toward.
