Good value for money, we enjoyed the first half of the tour more than the second half, it was more scenic. The last hour was all around the navy and wasn’t to our interest. Tickets said to arrive 45 minutes early, but they did not start boarding until 5 to the hour so wasted time standing around in the sun.

We are San Diego residents and enjoy this experience very much. Max does great narration/color commentary. The captain is experienced and we always feel safe, in addition to getting great views of both the south and north harbor areas. Definitely recommend for visitors and locals!
