Informative of history of San Diego Harbour, sea life and naval base. Great staff and not crowded. Loved the experience

Informative guide, comfortable boat, decent tour. We were surprised that the 2-hour was actually two 1-hours, so there was some sitting and waiting involved. Snack bar guy was great but the offerings were limited (no sandwiches, n/a beer).
