We took the 1 hour north harbor tour. I am glad we did not reserve the 2-hour one because it goes back to the dock and picks up more people.
We sat on the top deck and at 3 pm, the sun wasn't awful, but sunscreen is a must. The guide was good as he offered lots of interesting tidbits about the area. There were some tables in the center of the deck and a bench along each side. (The lower decks had tables and chairs.) We sat on the starboard side and the 2 plank bench was not in the best repair. We were afraid it would break under us.
Liked that a bar was available, even if the margaritas were $10 each. We've been visiting San Diego for 16 years and this was the first time we tried the cruise. We might return and do their dinner and beer cruise sometime.
