My husband and I were treated very poorly by the bar tender. She did not give eye contact, did not say hello, and came off discriminatory when she gave us our drinks and spoke to the customer behind us. The boat was also fairly dirty and in need of an update. My company gives these cruise vouchers away to our clients and I will be sure to notify my director of the poor treatment we received.

We've taken this cruise several times when we have out of town company and it's always a very good trip but this time it was excellent due to Max the guide who was a font of information about the harbor and area!!! He had so much more knowledge and for a local it definitely taught us things we did not know. The rest of the crew was courteous and helpful. Thanks Max for a great, informative 2 hour tour!

Everything was great except the city tour was canceled. The zoo and the harbor tours was exceptional.
