I was defrauded $436. I thought I booked the cruise for 3/7 but when I showed up for my cruise that Monday night I learned there was no cruise that it was actually on 3/14, I had already returned home from vacation. You and Viator refused a refund even with 5 days notice.

I surprised my husband for his birthday with this dinner cruise and it was a success!! The staff was amazing, very catering. The cruise was full of life and entertainment we had an amazing time!!!

It was pretty good. The food was hot but mediocre… again good but nothing to write home about at all. It was buffet style so you could eat just about as much as you wanted. Appetizers were an extra charge if you wanted to order them. The wines were a little lack luster. We tried to order a moscato and a rose and they didn’t stock either of those that night, which seemed surprising to me. The wait staff was so incredibly nice and welcoming. The DJ at the end of the night was cool, had a large variety of music which actually made it a little weird to attempt to dance to. Overall it was good and I am glad we did it, but if we traveled back to San Diego again I would pick something else to do for the evening.
