Went there, no one there. Everything closed and locked. Showed up 30 minutes early. Did not happen. Please refund money.

Overall this was an amazing dinner cruise. The food was delicious and the scenery was amazing. Unfortunately, Viator does not offer the same upgraded items that Hornblower does. My only real complaint was the dinner cruise was NOT staffed well. There were ONLY two waiters, one for each side of the ship. This caused slow service and the waiter to forget many things. We had to ask a couple of times for multiple items through out the evening. Plus my husband has a deathly allergy to shrimp, crab, and lobster. There was no way to guarantee to ensure no cross contamination from the lobster they offered, because the helpers brought out trays with plates covered and stacked on each other. About six plates, four to five stacked high on one tray. Fortunately my husband didn't have a reaction and I carry an Epi pen with me always. And we were celebrating 26yrs of marriage on our cruise.

Amazing, amazing customer service, amazing food, amazing environment. My family & I had the greatest time. I have no words to describe the feeling of how great it was. My mom gets sea sick but she did not feel a thing and she had so much fun.
