Delayed boarding, confusion on table seating at first, then our group of 21 ended up seated separately. Inexperienced servers. Servers dropping hardware when clearing out the table. Took forever to serve us coffee. Good music and DJ though.

Food was less than par for a dinner cruise. Could of been a better dining experience . Scenery was fabulous

DO NOT BOOK! City Experiences charged my card 3 times and did not even give me a confirmation number for my ticket!! Company is very difficult to chat with online, the chat would end several times with no response from the chat bot or specialist. On the phone, customer service would say they “escalated” the situation and would call back & we never received a call back!
