Turn San Diego into a giant game board with this fun scavenger hunt adventure! This challenge combines the excitement of the Amazing Race with a 3-hour city walking tour. Guided from any smart phone, teams make their way among well known and overlooked gems of the city, solving clues and completing challenges while learning local history. Even though we come to San Diego every year, we still thought this was a really fun and different way to explore the city. Whoever thought of this is a genius! My only change would be to update the clues. We vowed to avoid using Google on this, but a couple of the landmarks and their associated signage had changed slightly since this was put together forcing us to cheat... only once or twice though.. in order to get all the info we needed. Great fun - I look forward to trying this out in a couple of other cities!
