TripAdvisor sold us 4 tickets for event that was already booked. Seal tour would not honor and now TripAdvisor ignoring requests for refund. All the way up to the VP. Avoid TripAdvisor

Our family of 4 loved this tour. The guide, Hatch, was very knowledgeable and funny the whole trip. It was fun for my 16 year old and my 11 year old. We were able to see sea lions and egrets up close. Gorgeous scenery! We saw a huge merchant marine ship coming into the bay. I highly recommend this tour!❤️

I thought overall it was great! My 7 year old loved the sea lions but did express she was getting a little bored with how much they were talking during the driving portion of the tour.
