We booked reservations on 5/31/21, paid with credit card for 6/1/21 at 2:15pm. My husband and myself arrived 45 minutes early to check in the group per the tickets. We also booked Trolley tour and midway, gentleman was friendly and excellent, explained all and was so helpful. He is the one that told us to make sure we go pick our tickets up early, so we did. Per the email it stated person who purchased could pick up tickets, we paid and made reservations. We arrived Vanni would not give us the tickets, said we had to wait for the entire party, I told her my son was on his way with my grandson, THIS WAS my grandsons birthday gift. Vanni sold 3 of our spots at 2:09 pm, my son was visible when she did this. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with, I do not normally get upset but she pushed me over the edge. We told her we paid ahead and made reservations, she did not care! My grandson cried his eyes out, how cold can someone be. There was another group that saw what she did and said they WILL not pay to go on this due to how rude she was. She should not be in the guest service business! I was upset for my grandson, she got a kick out of doing this, control issue???? I want a FULL refund plus something to replace the hurt my 6 year old grandson felt. Jeri Bradford
