Today 3-17-2021 I had with my family a reservation @10:30am. We were running to make it, we got there at 10:25. The lady was very cynical, she made me burst in anger with her horrendous smile. What the heck was so funny? She didnt offer a solution, rather said, "theres nothing I can do, that's how it is and we dont hice money back" she could told me "I really apologize, you were late ma'am so all I can do is give you the number to switch the dates" she has no skills to deal with patrons. I love that ride, but defi6 dislike her so much. Theres more to the story though. I would definitely not go back, but I'm not letting g them keep my money. So I was able to get other dates for us and that's it never again will i visit this place thanks to Dan zombie looking lady with no soul

Nothing was memorable we had arrived a few mins before the departure and the captain said no to taking us aboard due to being late wasn’t able to get a refund a waste of 84$ for nothing

My favorite part of the trip was Scotty explaining every detail about how it all started and giving detail as we're driving to Point Loma.
