We arrived to our reserved tour a few mins before our scheduled & reserved departure time as the seal tour was boarding from the Seaport location. The ticket counter attendant Teresa rudely told us there was no way we were getting on that tour because we were supposed to be there 30 mins earlier. When I told her this was not listed on our email confirmation or on our virtual tickets which I had already activated, she insisted it was (I Had checked earlier in the day to see if we needed to arrive early, and double checked When she said this..it was not on the email or tickets... I now also checked your website and only see it when you go to buy the tickets - this should really be listed elsewhere as a reminder). Luckily the tour guide Jon figured out a way to get us on our scheduled tour time. We had a hard time getting settled into and enjoying the beginning of the tour as I was distressed by how rude Teresa had been to us, but we shook it off. The guides on board, Tony and Jon, were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly enthusiastic about their jobs, and we left them a good tip. One COVID related critique is that our guide had his mask down the entire trip (we were in the 2nd row less than 6 ft away) to accommodate the mic, so a face shield would probably be more effective for the guides). The tour overall was a fun family activity.
