All trains to San Diego were cancelled from LA so I was unable to go. I reached out to Viator and got no response and reached out to the tour director directly who replied and basically said “Too bad” and refused to refund the tour. So I lost my money but didn’t go on the tour

The only negative part of the trip was that we did not like was when we had to get off of the trolley in Old Town and then had to re-board on another trolley.
