On our Secret Food Tours: San Diego, you'll see the downtown area and walk right into Gaslamp while enjoying dishes with influences from Mexico to the Far East. Your guide will take you on a mouth-watering food journey exploring diverse cuisine that has evolved over generations. Feast on the freshest fish Taco, the Melt Burger, sweets and of course our delicious Secret Dish! At the end of your tour, you'll have sampled some of San Diego's most delicious dishes and gained a better understanding of our culture and history.

Great tour, great guide, great food, great drinks, great company. Do you need anything else? As you have read in other reviews, Alison is a fabulous guide - full of appreciation for people, food, drink, and San Diego. I wish we had done this tour on our first day of our trip and not the last as Alison gave us all sorts of ideas and suggestions about what to see and where to eat in the San Diego area.

I am a confessed foodie and food tour junkie. I’m in the food and hospitality industry and have traveled extensively and experienced food tours in many cities. Yesterday’s food tour with Alison, a tour de force in her own right! is now tied for first with Paris. I have enjoyed visiting San Diego on several occasions but, after having spent the afternoon meandering downtown and the waterfront with our remarkable host, I have a much richer understanding of this charming and beautiful city and its delicious regional cuisine. Highly recommend!! Cheers...P.S. food was actually better than Paris...
