opaque business practices (shown different bikes than received), bad ebikes (rear wheel motor, derailleur gears only at the rear, saddle cannot be properly secured), simple lock (theft cannot be excluded through insurance). We had a rear wheel flat in Sausolito (it can happen), repair cost 75 US$. At the only shop there. The owner said the damage was the landlord's fault..... but still only got 30 refunded, we had been able to find a cheaper repair... Never again!
