As I entered the establishment. Yasmin greeted me with kindness and helped me through the purchase of the rental with the same kindness throughout the transaction. She directed me to Sean who helped me adjust the bike and gave me tips to do as I biked around San Fran for the evening. The bike was clean and maintained greatly. Give them a raise for such amazing work!!

Great spot for a day bike hire. Pick up was easy and quite quick, just a short wait for people ahead of us and drop off very efficient. Bike worked fine and had a couple of gears for the hill cycles

I used bike at pier 41, SF on 10/2/22 But I didn’t get a refund on the deposit. Can i check please??

Hello, When you returned the bikes to us, we cancel out the authorization right away. It may take your bank a day or two to post the transaction. Please call us if you have any other questions. We hope you enjoyed your ride with us!
