The magic begins the moment you step aboard. The evening starts with cocktails on deck (additional charge) and continues in style with your sit-down dinner consisting of delicious appetizer, salad, choice of main course and dessert. After dinner, the live band will strike up and play a wide variety of music, including top 40 and classic hits to tempt you onto the dance floor. While dining and dancing you'll cruise in style past San Francisco's famous sights, including Alcatraz, Angel Island, Tiburon and Sausalito.

There was a slight hiccup with the table but Julio and staff were quick to remedy it. The Music was great, views breath taking and the service was superior! The food was piping hot and fresh, the Brie appetizer was delicious.

Food and staffs are excellent, except for the music and dancing. As per ad, there will be live band providing the music, instead it was a DJ. And the dancing started just over an hour before berthing!!!

Awful experience and even worse customer service. Booked a romantic dinner cruise for my wife's birthday or so I thought. Everything about our booking down to the departure time and dock said we would be on the boat we expected to be on. We learned in line that the people there were all from the same company and it was a company function on the boat. We we allowed to board the boat and started asking questions to then hurriedly get shuffled off to another boat leaving an hour later. What was supposed to be a romantic dinner turned into a low budget, buffet, disco DJ night trapped on a boat we didn't want to be on for 3-hours. For the record I contacted their customer service before writing this review giving them a chance to make it right and got the runaround so now they are getting the review they so deserve. Do not trust this add or company with your experience and hard earned money. Business have the right to book a private event, but they also have responsibility to inform their pre-booked guest!
