What To Expect

Union Square

They will see the bustling shopping district including the Apple store, Macys, Gucci etc, the Dewey Memorial, and Maiden Lane.

Nob Hill

6 out of 7 of the original Gold and Railroad millionaires lived on this hill.

Chinatown

This is the oldest, largest and most authentic Chinatown in the US. Clients can stop at the Tin Hou temple built in 1852 and the original Fortune Cookie factory if they wish. They can do this on their own at a later time.

Ferry Building Marketplace

This is a great place for lunch, dinner of just a coffee break.

Coit Tower

Built in 1933, the Coit Tower showcases etching of the history of San Francisco from the Gold Rush era.

Filbert Steps

Telegraph hill was popularized by the counterculture Bohemian writers in the 1940s. They built cottages as opposed to the mansions of the original millionaires on Nob Hill.

Lombard Street

We usually drive down the street where clients can see the view of Telegraph hill and North Beach. Clients with active teens prefer to walk down.

Fisherman's Wharf

Some of the popular attractions at the Wharf include, Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39, Sea lions, Boudin Bakery, Hyde Street Pier, Musee Mechanique, etc. This is a popular end point for tours especially for families with kids.

Marina District

Marina district is known for gorgeous waterfront mansions with stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Palace of Fine Arts Theatre

Built in 1915, the Palace of Fine Arts is one of the iconic buildings in the city showcasing the Greco- romanisque architecture.

Loved every moment of our four-hour Allegro tour on a Monday afternoon. Our driver/guide was a trove of knowledge both current and historical. She wove us through the city's high points and alleyways in a comfortable six-passenger Nissan, easily navigating light traffic and tight spaces, with open sunroofs for viewing decorative rooflines and skyscrapers.

We did this tour with Pep / Pat (she goes by both I think) and it was AMAZING. Pep is so knowledgeable and kind! Extremely happy we booked this tour. Saved us a lot of time and made our trip much more enjoyable. I would recommend this tour to anyone trying to make a decision. This is the one.

Only having 1 1/2 in San Francisco this tour was perfect. Pep was an amazing tour guide. She took us to all the known and lesser known sights which was excellent. She tailor made the tour to suit us and our two young children. She is full of knowledge. Definitely recommend this tour or another tour with pep. Thank you so much.
